I had an amazing good experience with KDM. They were fast and honest. I came to them because my old mechanic, tried 4 times to fix the problem. KDM did a very in-depth analysis and fixed it in one shot. Showed me the old parts, explained the bill in detail, just a really good experience for me.

I think the process was thorough, and I was shown the visible issues, and the computer based diagnostics were explained to me.
